How it works
From a tap to a callback
This site is wired the way a client's site is wired. Here is the plumbing, in the order it fires.
Someone taps a button
Call, text, or a form — on this site or on any of the demo designs. Every tap is a GA4 event; every form carries the page it came from.
The form lands on the Desk
Each Netlify form submission arrives on the client's Desk as a lead — name, phone, what they asked for, which page. No inbox to check.
The AI receptionist answers the call
Calls to (779) 699-7866 are answered by the receptionist. It answers the questions in the knowledge base, never quotes a price, and takes the caller's details.
The owner calls back
Glenn gets the hand-off and calls back — the only time the receptionist promises is that callback window.
Booking
Until the booking calendar goes live, the booking form asks for the service, the day and a time window, and the slot is confirmed by phone.
Text back for missed calls
When the line can't answer, the receptionist can text the caller back so nothing goes cold. The text button here reaches the same line.
Try it right now
Send this form. Then call the number. Both land on the same Desk within seconds — that's the demo.
Every form on this site carries the same hidden fields — the form name, the page it was on, and a session slot for the StyleForge Beacon — so the Desk knows exactly where a lead came from.
Thanks — got it.
Your message is on the Desk. Glenn calls you back — usually within the hour.
